PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:Field fresh carrots which are washed, steam peeled, sorted, cut, slice, and dehydrated.

INGREDIENT DECLARATION:Carrots, pure and natural; no preservatives, processing aides or additives permitted.

 

ORGANOLEPTIC EVALUATION:

                       Appearance:Bright, uniform reddish-orange pieces.  Minimal off-color pieces.

                       Flavor: Fresh, slightly sweet typical carrot, no off flavor

                       Texture: Tender, typical of cooked carrots

                        Odor: Typical of carrot, must be free from off odor.
